. He isnt tame but with a little patience he would make a great companion. We don’t have the time to train him properly. The people we got him from neglected him (leaving him in the dark by himself with no human interaction). When we got him home he was really depressed and wouldn’t make eye contact with us. He would also stayed up in the corner of his cage. We decided to make him perches and a stand so he wouldn’t be confined in a cage. He has free range of our house as he pleases which he seems to enjoy way more than a cage. So if you are looking for a bird you would love to keep out and join your family he is the parrot for you. He also make beautiful noises and on occasions we have heard him “MOO” like a cow, laughs, an says “hello”. Each cost $650 for him we would like to get that amount for him.
